I got involved in the CompOmics group while working on my master thesis in Biomedical Sciences at the Ghent University, where I carried out a combination of both wet-lab experiments and computational coding in the field of cell migration. I’m currently pursuing a PhD in the same field, continuing the work performed during my master’s: extending cell migration analysis software with dose-response analysis capabilities.

My next project will comprise the exploration of data analysis and mining strategies to understand cell migration plasticity and heterogeneity.
